PKPeter K.Holiday6 / 1016 Jul 2022Before I start I feel very sorry for the lady on the desk! She is surrounded by lazy incompetent staff. First night room ok except TV doesn't work. Children running up an down the corridors from 5am. Fire alarm went off all night. 4am men stood outside our room and talked loudly while they tried to fix the alarm! Next day changed rooms. The lock on the room door would not lock! So I had to put our suitcase under the lock handle with the thrash bucket on the case. Building working going on all day. Room was not cleaned while we were there. We had to ask for fresh towels. 2 free waters for 4 nights. The sad thing is this hotel is located in a nice little area. The lady on the desk works long hours and I'm sure without her on guests would think of coming back. PS the shower head broken. Don't know how long ago the hair shampoo and body soap were filled up. Lucky we brought our own. 2 free coffees in our room to last 4 nights.Read More

I didn't expect much from the room, but when I checked in, it was a big surprise, super nice, but the soundproofing was a bit bad, I could hear the noise outside. If anyone needs privacy, I don't think the room is soundproof. There are also Winmart and Circle nearby. NCL 8.5/10 (minus 1.5 points for soundproofing, hehe)Read More
