Created exclusively for 14 February, this luxurious seafood buffet showcases an exquisite selection of premium delicacies, including foie gras, dry-aged beef, caviar, A5 Wagyu, snow crab, and French oysters. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to elevate an evening meant to be shared, savored, and remembered.

As the Year of the Horse begins, Saigon Café invites guests to gather and celebrate with a joyful Tet Dinner Buffet, where abundance, togetherness, and auspicious beginnings come together at the table.

Designed as a festive reunion feast, the buffet features an extensive spread with highlights such as a refined Sashimi Station with salmon, dry-aged tuna, and yellowtail, alongside premium selections including foie gras, truffle dry-aged beef, abalone, grilled seafood, fresh oysters, and house-made traditional Banh Chung.

On Lunar New Year's Eve (16 February) and Lunar New Year Day (17 February), the celebration is elevated with a premium beverage selection, including sparkling wine, house wines, beer, handcrafted Tet cocktails, coffee, soft drinks, and fresh juices, served free-flow.
