Especially if you're looking to upgrade later, I'd recommend getting a good quality B660 board. I don't know what pricing in your region is like, but the MSI Pro B660M-A is a good deal in the US - it has a quality VRM and decent features for $140.

I will start off with an i3-12100f and upgrading to better cpu in 5+ years do I need a b660 board for the i5 or the h610 chipsets are fine

Most of the time, you're gonna want the extra features of the B660 boards over the H610, plus the price difference isn't really enough to justify their lack of IO, memory slots, etc. to go for an H610 board over the B660 board. Unless your on a string tight budget, go for the B660 board.

That said, with how fast CPUs are currently advancing, in 5 years it'll likely make more sense to just get a new one (especially with how used prices are trending, though don't have a crystal ball to know for sure).

I'm going with an i3 12400f for now and I will upgrade later a 6 core or maybe a 8 core
