Shraddhanjali Rao has joined Google India as Head of HR.“Thrilled to announce that I have joined the incredible team at Google as Head of HR for India,” Rao says in a post.According to Rao, she is inspired by the opportunity to touch a billion lives and ultimately make the world a better place through #data and #tech.“It’s an honour to work with such an innovative company filled with the brightest #Talents brimming with #passion,” she says.“What an amazing week it has been!! Advt Prior to joining Google India, Rao was serving as Vice President and Head of Human Resources for SAP in India. In this role, she provided HR leadership across the region for all entities including R&D, Sales & Services organisations, and was responsible for designing and executing the people strategy focusing on Leadership, Talent and Culture to meet the needs of the region’s more than 11,000 employees.Rao has also worked at Tata Consultancy Services as Assistant Manager - Human Resources.She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HR & Marketing from TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI).

SAP India elevates Shweta Mohanty Roy as Head of HR

Before the elevation, Roy was VP - Global HR Business Partner for Enterprise Cloud Services and SAP Labs Network.
