Yêu cầu

• Bachelor degree in fields such as Computer Science, Engineer, or other related ICT ones, with relevant business experience. • Knowledge of CMMi, Agile development methods and processes; Experience working in other development lifecycles is considered as a plus. • Certified technical certificate as a PLUS (BA, SA, domain related certificates, ...) • Expert assistance on software development, including how to tie together requirements, hardware, software and test configurations and how to enable this in a multisite development system. • Extensive knowledge of software tools used for software and system development. • In - depth experience at coaching, working with teams, encouraging consensus and managing conflicts. • Excellent teamwork skills are mandatory.
