Oct 29, 2020 7 1 15 Hey I'm new to computers So sorry in advance for being clueless but I recently bought a prebuilt gaming computer from Best Buy I was expecting to run Warzone at 144 FPS but I'm hanging around 70-90. The model is Asus g15cx B-10 I7-9700k 16GB ddr4 ram RTX 2080 Super 750W gold rated \[UserBenchmarks: Game 125%, Desk 97%, Work 118%\]([https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/39446660](https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/39446660)) ||Model|Bench :----|:----|:----| \\CPU\\|\[Intel Core i7-9700K\]([https://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Intel...k.com/Intel-Core-i7-9700K/Rating/4030))|97.7% \\GPU\\|\[Nvidia RTX 2080S (Super)\]([https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Nvidi...m/Nvidia-RTX-2080S-Super/Rating/4050))|131.8% \\SSD\\|\[Intel 660p NVMe PCIe M.2 512GB\]([https://ssd.userbenchmark.com/Speed...SpeedTest/557263/INTEL-SSDPEKNW512G8))|190.3% \\HDD\\|\[Toshiba DT01ACA200 2TB\]([https://hdd.userbenchmark.com/Toshi...m/Toshiba-DT01ACA200-2TB/Rating/2736))|108.9% \\RAM\\|\[Hynix HMA82GU6CJR8N-VK 1x16GB\]([https://ram.userbenchmark.com/Speed.../497375/Hynix-HMA82GU6CJR8N-VK-1x16GB))|48.2% \\MBD\\|\[Asus ROG Strix G15CX\]([https://www.userbenchmark.com/Syste...ark.com/System/Asus-ROG-Strix-G15CX/191959))| My drivers have been updated (also deleted and reinstalled using DDU) and I have done pretty much everything I could imagine including reinstalling windows, system restore, And a bunch more. I am beyond frustrated and any help would be much appreciated thanks! Solution

If it gets to 100C, thats bad, and throttling. I would suspect the CPU cooler is not properly installed. You got this from BestBuy? I'd take it back and make them fix it. Sort by date Sort by votes Lutfij

Might want to download the latest drivers from Nvidia and then use DDU to uninstall your drivers. Use the latest drivers and install them in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator. Check to see which BIOS version you're on for your motherboard, speaking of which, make and model of your motherboard? Then check to see which version of Windows 10 you're currently on. Dec 31, 2020 6 4 15 Could you give more details about your graphics settings for the game? There is this article here (https://www.pcgamesn.com/call-of-duty-warzone/pc-performance-analysis#nn-graph-sheet-1440p-high) that gives you an idea of what to expect based on the settings they use. You can try to replicate them and see if you get about the same FPS on average Upvote 0 Downvote Wojohunts
