Starting the first wind power project in Lam Dong province

- On March 21, Dai Duong Renewable Energy Joint Stock Company officially started construction of the Cau Dat Wind Power Project.

This first wind power project in Da Lat, Lam Dong province invested by Dai Duong Company has a capacity of 50 MW, annual average output of 150 million kWh including 15 wind turbines, occupies an area of 350 ha in Xuan Truong and Tram Hanh communes, Da Lat City.

The first unit of the project expects into operation in April 2020 and the whole wind farm will be completed and officially put into commercial operation by September 2020 with a contribution of 30 billion VND to the provincial budget.

In accordance with Lam Dong Power Planning, province has four wind power projects and Cau Dat project is the first one with a total investment capital of 1,720 billion VND that has been started for construction.
