About me

Sudeep Ralhan is the Senior Director for Human Resources at Walmart Labs India. He is responsible for driving the People agenda for the fast-growing, technically proficient and innovative workforce at our India Delivery Center.From acquiring to retaining to developing talent, Sudeep leads cross-functional HR teams, whose role is as much about immediate delivery as it is about building the organization of the future. Sudeep is focused on making sure that we build a rewarding, engaging and inclusive culture that allows our associates to bring their best to work every day and helps Walmart to remain an employer of choice. He is also keen to embed a high performance mindset and the right capabilities that will help the workforce make a strong business impact. Sudeep has nearly 17 years of experience across the IT, BPO & FMCG industries in a diverse set of roles, spanning multiple geographies. Prior to joining Walmart, he has played strategic leadership roles with organizations organizations such as GSK Consumer Healthcare and Accenture. He completed his post graduation in business from IMT, Ghaziabad in 2001.
