PROBABLY THE BEST HOTEL IN HANOI!

I have always endorsed your hotel since we stayed there. Your staff are so very friendly and they go out of their way to provide the best experience possible. There is always this lady at the lobby who truly made sure that guests are well taken care of. Thank you for your staff who had to seek for the handphone charger I requested because of all things, I forgot to bring mine. I thought he won't come back to lend me one. He did. And he made my stay complete. More power!

PERFECTLY LOCATED HOTEL

Sunway is perfectly located, it is close to main attractions in Hanoi such as old quarter and French quarter but the area is peaceful enough for you to get a good night sleep. Rooms are clean and spacious and the complementary breakfast buffet had many options, overall we had a very smooth stay in Sunway
