  This past August, a cohort of amazing leaders from the Hawaii State Federal Credit Union graduated from a 12-month training program from Bloom Leadership. TH!NK, LLC was fortunate to partner with BLOOM to provide coaching and internal mentoring sessions. Participants experienced a combination of soft skill leadership workshops, business acumen sessions, and hands-on field assignments to create lasting, real-world impact.   Did you know that when you go to a professional development training, up to 90% can be forgotten within a week? The key is to incorporate reinforcing techniques: 1) Operationalize the Learning: Integrate key concepts into daily routines, so participants apply what they've learned in real-world scenarios, making the training relevant and practical. 2) Create Accountabuddies: Create small groups or partnerships where participants can check in, share progress, and support each other, building a culture of accountability. 3) Leverage Follow-up Resources: Provide ongoing materials, check-ins, or follow-up coaching to help participants stay engaged and maintain the momentum of their learning.
