  A special full-circle moment for TH!NK this week. When our co-founder Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura learned that her son Wyatt Nakamura was studying DiSC in his business curriculum, a simple conversation opened the door to an exciting opportunity: guest speaking in Professor Sandy Weissinger’s class at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. The students were curious, engaged, and eager to apply DiSC concepts to real-world situations - an inspiring look at the next generation of professionals stepping into their strengths. Thank you to Professor Weissinger and Baylor for inviting TH!NK to be part of this learning experience. Here’s to growth, connection, and moments that bring everything full circle!

  This season of giving, we had the opportunity to work with HUGS Hawaii, a nonprofit supporting families with seriously ill children, through our TH!NK Gives Back program. During a recent session, we explored creative ways to make the most of grant funding – turning big ideas into achievable goals and actionable plans. So, we were excited to receive this positive feedback from the team: “Our team really enjoyed the session – and most importantly, we’re confident the plan we created is achievable. In past trainings, ideas often stayed on paper, but this time we’ve already checked off two action items!” We’re proud to help purpose-driven organizations like HUGS Hawaii move from inspiration to impact.
