I do not know how staff deal with some of these customers. The customer is always right is a no go here. If they have no manners ban them. The staff is cool thou. J Request content removal J a year ago on Google stars Staff are surly and lazy, and mouth-off to customers without fear of any action taken by no-show management. I went in yesterday to return a few bottles and buy beer. I didn't use their filthy black bins for my few items, so the guy went in the back room and slammed a bin through the conveyor door into my returns, almost knocking a bottle on the floor. When I told him that, he said "you're supposed to use the black bins", as if that gave him the right to be aggressive and rude. I just told him it wouldn't be me cleaning the broken glass off the floor.... When I asked him for beer, he refused, sending me to the other cash. When I asked the guy (who spoke to the first guy in passing) at the other register for 12 large Creemore Lager cans, he pretended not to understand...asked if what I meant to say was "tallboys", because "large cans" made him think of "king cans". I asked if Creemore lager comes in king cans and he said "no". I asked him how many sizes of Creemore lager cans he sells, and he said "two". I asked him if one of the two sizes was larger than the other and he said "yes". So I'm not sure how asking for the large size confused him, but he did appear to be drunk. Guys: if you hate your job, get a different one. Nobody's forcing you to work here and inflict your poisonous attitude on us. I left without buying. I give one review star for each of these 2 clowns. From now on, I'll buy at the grocery store, where cashiers are polite and helpful. Beer would be cheaper if they closed all of these unnecessary Beer Stores and just sold out of existing grocery and LCBO stores. The Beer Store was always a flawed concept, and the people who work there have already given up...
