The O2 Arena Floor is normally divided into 9 blocks. Being the closest, blocks A1, A2 and A3 of the best view from the arena floor. Behind these are blocks B1, B2 and B3. At the back of the floor are blocks C1, C2 and C3 which are furthest from the stage. Around the arena floor is the tiered seating. The lower tier blocks are numbered from 101 to 118 and these are closest to the arene floor. Blocks 114 to 117 are behind the normal position for the stage during music events therefore tickets are generally not sold for these events. Rows at the front of blocks 101 and 112 offer a premium view for most events. Blocks 113 and 118 also offer a good view. Blocks 104 to 109 are furthest from the usual stage position. Those visitors with vertigo may wish to avoid them. The upper tier consists of 22 blocks numbered 401 to 422. These seats are further away from the action, and also higher up. Blocks 409 to 414 are furthest from the stage. You are sure to be able to take in the atmosphere of the event in these seats. The O2 Arena is fully accessible. Lifts and public areas are designed for wheelchairs. Those with tickets for for accessible seating can use any entrance. People with mobility issues may find it easier to use Entrance B. There are no steps on the main concourses and there are accessible lifts spread over all levels.

The O2 Arena has been host of many concerts, from UK to international superstars and was named the World's Best Venue by Pollstar in 2009. The O2 Arena is now the home of the Brit Awards, with the arena's first ceremony taking place on 15 February 2011.
