I had an appointment the other day for a lash lift with Jessica. My lashes are long, but they never stay curled no matter what I do, so I did a little bit of research and decided to get a lift. I've never gotten my lashes done before, so I was unfamiliar with the process and a little bit nervous. Jessica answered all of my questions and guided me through the steps. I'm on the spectrum and I have sensory issues that usually cause me to be incredibly uncomfortable and anxious during beauty treatments. The atmosphere is super relaxing and Jessica was gentle and I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I have TMJ disorder which causes chronic pain in my jaw, my neck, my shoulders, and even at times down my back. A lot of massage therapists aren't familiar with the amount of pressure and technique required to alleviate this specific ailment, however Dawn was very experienced in treating my condition. I left the spa feeling worlds better- when you live with a chronic painful condition, there's truly nothing better than finding relief. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and Jane was so good at explaining which treatments I could and couldn't have during pregnancy. The space itself is beautiful and relaxing and they're great about COVID procedures (especially mindful of this because I can't wear a mask while getting a facial!). The services are well worth the price! I had a dermalinfusion treatment which was excellent with Natalie. My daughter had a facial with Mackenzie. I really appreciated that Mackenzie was able to remove a stubborn blackhead which our regular esthetician had not been able to remove on the previous two facials. There was some redness to the area afterward, but Mackenzie did a great job removing the blackhead without damaging the skin. My husband had a 90 minute massage Nikki. He was in heaven. We get regular massages since our health insurance reimburses us, but apparently he had not had a "real" deep tissue massage till today.
