Ninh Kieu Quay, also known as Ninh Kieu Park, is a port and a cultural and tourist destination of Can Tho city built in the 19th century. Ninh Kieu Quay is located on the right bank of the Hau river, between the Hau river and the Can Tho river, adjacent to Hai Ba Trung street, Tan An ward, Ninh Kieu district, Can Tho city.

Ninh Kieu Quay is a long-standing tourist site attracting visitors by charming river scenery and convenient location overlooking the Hau river. For so long, Ninh Kieu Quay has become a symbol of rustic beauty on the banks of the Hau river and Can Tho city, attracting many visitors to visit and going into poetry.

In the past, people used to call it Hang Duong Quay because on the riverside there a a lot of poplar trees or other people called Le Loi Quay because the road along the river was formerly known as Le Loi street. Around 1957, Hang Duong Quay was changed to Ninh Kieu Quay.

Today, Ninh Kieu Quay is invested heavily to build a tourist park with an area of over 7,000 m2. In the park, next to many rare trees trimmed carefully are green grass, growing between the white cement. At night, the park's lighting system has made this place more beautiful. Ninh Kieu Quay is upgraded and repaired beautifully with embankments along the river. In the evening, this place is very crowded for sightseeing, walking, children playing... In the park there is a bronze statue of President Ho Chi Minh in the height of 7,2 meters and is solemnly placed on a 3,6 meters high platform.

In addition, Can Tho opened the Ninh Kieu Night Market and formed the type of walking street, food street, night market, contributing to create a new look and shade for Can Tho at night. It also contributes to creating jobs for more than 500 employees and attracts about 20% of domestic and international visitoring to Can Tho each year.
