Thi Nguyen

MBBS (ADELAIDE), FRANZCR

Dr Thi Nguyen joined Benson Radiology in February 2016.

He undertook his radiology training in South Australia and the Northern Territory and completed advanced training in body and musculoskeletal MRI at Flinders Medical Centre. In 2016/2017 he completed a 12-month fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging at the University of Alberta, Canada, followed by an Exchange Fellowship through the European Society of Head and Neck Radiology at the Northwest London Health Trust, UK.

He is a member of the European Society of Head and Neck Radiology, Australasian Musculoskeletal Imaging Group, Sports Medicine Association (SA) and currently holds the position of Staff Specialist at Flinders Medical Centre and the Royal Adelaide Hospital. He is a Clinical Lecturer at the University of Adelaide and is actively involved in the education of radiology and surgical trainees.

Dr Nguyen has peer reviewed publications in both local and international journals and is an invited reviewer for the ENT section of Acta Radiologica. He is involved in several multi-disciplinary meetings, and currently presents at the Royal Adelaide Hospital Sarcoma, and Head and Neck MDTs.

Dr Nguyen is also a Level A ANZCTCA accredited CTCA reporting radiologist.
