  Despite the user signing up and making the payment, the content while trying to access the course shows – “This content is protected, please enroll course to view this content!” In orders, the user is displayed as enrolled.

  All plugins/themes are in the latest version.

  The option Students will get started courses immediately after successfully purchased. is checked.

  The user is with ‘subscriber’ permission. one more issue that I’m having is that when someone has paid for the course and they click on ‘start now’ they get an ‘Error: Can’t Enroll course.’ message as well.

  please help. losing quite a lot of time and money.

  Hi,

  Please try to switch to the default WordPress theme to check, I checked you use Turitor theme and this theme has to override our template, let contact to the author of your theme, they will help you.

  Hi,

  Seems like an issue with LearnPress itself. I tried using Edubin theme. Exact same issue with it as well.

  If you use our premium Eduma theme you can create a ticket on our support system to our developer can check for you. In your case, you need be sure the status of order in LearnPress is complete, if not user will receiver the notice above.
