 Types of integration with FAST software API

1          Integration through intermediate tools read excel

 

1.2     Viettel’s tools

Step 1: FAST Software will export files (text, csv, xml, excel,……) to the intermediate folder.

Step 2: Viettel will create tools to read data by scanning the intermediate folder.

Step 3: Tools push data to the eInvoice Service through SFTP to execute them.

Step 4: Sinvoice will read data, check input errors (if any) and assign digital signature for invoices to issue the invoice.

Step 5: After issuing the invoice, Viettel will return the invoice number, issue date and attach a digital signature to the file. At the same time, viettel also send notice to customers.

Step 6: FAST system will take the data on the intermediate folder and update the invoice number and issued date in the system database.

2          Integrating directly from FAST software API

Step 1: FAST software will integrate the Sinvoice System of Viettel via web service’s connection.

Step 2: Accountants will import the data into the software and FAST will integrate invoice’s issuing function.

Step 3: On the software, accountants will press the issuing button then the FAST system will use the api function on the web service and push data to Sinvoice.

Step 4: Sinvoice will read data, check input errors (if any) and assign digital signature for invoices to issue the invoice.

Step 5: After issuing the invoice, Viettel will return the invoice number, issue date and attach a digital signature to the file. At the same time, viettel also send notice to customers.

Step 6: FAST system and Viettel System will sync each other’s data on customers’ database.

1          Tích hợp thông qua tool

 

1.2     Tool đọc excel từ Viettel

Bước 1: Phần mềm FAST  sẽ xuất ra file (text, csv, xml, excel,….) vào thư mục trung gian.

Bước 2: Viettel sẽ tạo tool để đọc dữ liệu bằng cách quét dữ liệu trong thư mục trung gian.

Bước 3: Tool sẽ đẩy dữ liệu lên dịch vụ HDDT thông qua SFTP.

Bước 4: Sinvoice sẽ đọc dữ liệu, kiểm tra dữ liệu lỗi (nếu có) và đính kèm chữ ký số lên hóa đơn điện tử.

Bước 5: Sau khi phát hành hóa đơn, Viettel sẽ trả về số hóa đơn, ngày phát hành và đính kèm chữ ký số lên dữ liệu. Đồng thời, Viettel sẽ gửi thông báo về cho khách hàng.

Bước 6: Hệ thống FAST sẽ lấy dữ liệu từ thư mục trung gian và cập nhật số hóa đơn, ngày phát hành vào hệ thống csdl.

2          Tích hợp trực tiếp trên phần mềm FAST

Bước 1: Phần mềm FAST sẽ tích hợp hệ thống HDDT của Viettel thông qua kết nối webservice.

Bước 2: Nhân viên kế toán sẽ nhập dữ liệu trên phần mềm và FAST sẽ tích hợp chức năng phát hành hóa đơn.

Bước 3: Trên phần mềm, nhân viên kế toán ấn nút phát hành hóa đơn trên hệ thống FAST sẽ gọi hàm api trên webservice và đẩy dữ liệu lên sinvoice.

Bước 4: Sinvoice sẽ đọc dữ liệu, kiểm tra dữ liệu lỗi (nếu có) và đính kèm chữ ký số lên hóa đơn điện tử.

Bước 5: Sau khi phát hành hóa đơn, Viettel sẽ trả về số hóa đơn, ngày phát hành và đính kèm chữ ký số lên dữ liệu. Đồng thời, Viettel sẽ gửi thông báo về cho khách hàng.

Bước 6: Hệ thống FAST và hệ thống Viettel sẽ đồng bộ dữ liệu với nhau trên cơ sở dữ liệu của khách hàng.
