Those parts are designed to see many many miles of use and Honda does a great job making /sourcing their parts. 1000hp motors still use oem bearings and gaskets etc. 0 Reply #5 · Aug 13, 2021 I vote to run all OEM, but that is only because I have never run the aftermarket tensioners so I cannot speak on them. Replaced all timing components four years ago, DC 3.2 cams, high rpms, never had a timing problem. Nothing better than to replace components with OEM and not having to worry about them. There are a good amount of part numbers. If you know how to use the links provided above, you can find the parts easily. If not, I could help. Then it bears the question: do you want a complete timing kit or just certain components (should want an entire kit with the guides, timing/oil chain, o-rings for the VTC solenoid and timing case, oil/timing tensioners)? #6 · Aug 13, 2021 I want every single peice lol I already ordered the chain and the 50 degree vtc gear and I’m gonna replace the oil pump with the type s pump so I’ll be ordering all that as well but I’m working on getting all the timing parts atm I’m just on the hunt for guides and seals and seleniod next week I’ll start ordering oil components so I can do it all at the same time I just wanna be sure I have everything I need before tear down I would hate to have to stop in the middle of something because of not having a part #7 · Aug 13, 2021 I do not want to assume, but if you already bought a 50 degree VTC gear, this is for a K24 correct? So you purchased a chain (timing/oil pump) and a VTC gear? Are you aware that the K24 and K20 chains are not the same? You would just need a tube of Hondabond and some pins to lock the cams in place when you install the chain. Chain case O-ring 91302-PNA-004 CKP O-ring 91333-PNC-006 Timing cover crank seal 91212-R1B-A01 Cam chain tensioner arm 14520-RAA-A01 Cam chain guide 14530-RZA-A01 Cam chain guide B 14540-PRB-A01 Cam chain tensioner assembly 14510-PRB-A01 Timing chain 14401-R40-A01 Balance shaft chain guide 13460-PNA-004 Balance shaft chain tensioner 13450-RAA-A02 Oil pump chain 13441-PNA-004 VTC Solenoid O-ring 15832-PNA-023 The VTC solenoid o-ring goes on the VTC solenoid.
