  Around our offices worldwide, we make sure our new employeneurs feel at home from day one. During their onboarding, we gather them together to connect, learn, and truly experience what makes TMC unique.   Take a sneak peek at our onboarding day at TMC Belgium last month, where we welcomed more than 45 new employeneurs who joined us over the past three months. A great moment to bring everyone together and mark the start of their journey. 🙌   Our Belgian colleagues took the new employeneurs through the building blocks of our employeneurship model with sessions about personal coaching and mentoring, the Entrepreneurial Lab, and the power of our business cells. All elements designed to give employeneurs ownership over their growth, while being supported by a strong community.   The day combined these inspiring insights with good food, informal drinks, and some networking time!   Alberto Orrico recently stepped into his new role as manager of the Entrepreneurial Lab at TMC Italia | Technology and engineering services in Milan. He joined TMC straight out of university and quickly grew into a key contributor within our technical ecosystem.
