"Ho Chi Minh City Urban planning Information" is an application developed by Department of Planning and Architecture to disclose urban planning information online through webpage and mobile devices (smartphone and notepad).

Urban planning information provided in the application "Ho Chi Minh City Urban planning Information" included the Land use plan scale 1/2000 which are officially approved by the City (covering the area of 24 districts). The application provides users with scanned land used plans scale 1/2000 with official stamps and are technically edited to fit in the VN2000 coordinate system. User can locate a plot using the coordinate information (provided in the land owner's documents or the Existing Location map), or by locating current location using GPS on smartphone. Furthermore, users can also download urban planning maps and approved planning documents for further research. Information provided in the app. included urban planning documents officially approved by authority.

Furthermore, the "Ho Chi Minh City Urban planning Information" also provided digital format map. This function provide information regarding urban zoning plan, developed using GIS platform, allowing users to locate the lot by searching for its Parcel and Paper ID, apart from searching with the lot's coordinate information or GPS. In 2020, the page has finished building digital information for most area in the city. Other area will be updated with digital map by Department of Planning and Architecture in next stage.

Note: in case there is any difference between the information provided in digital format and physical map format (scanned), the information provided in physical map format (scanned) with official stamp from authority is the legal basis to implement.
