Kuya Gov miuna hanyag sa panag-uli sa executive, legislative branches

Subay sa espirito sa panagdait karong Pasko, miuna si Governor Edwin “Kuya Gov” Jubahib sa paghimo'g lakang aron taposon na ang panagbangi sa executive ug legislative branches sa Kapitolyo alang sa kaayuhan sa katawhan.

Sa miaging Convocation Program sa Kapitolyo, nangayo mismo og pasaylo si Kuya Gov, labi na kang Board Member Orly Amit, ug kang Vice Governor De Carlo Uy ug ubang miyembro sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP), tungod sa iyang nasulti ug nahimo gumikan sa tawhanong pagbati.

Gihataga’g hibug-aton sa gobernador nga walay maayong resulta ang panagbangi sa iyang buhatan ug sa mga miyembro sa SP.

“Gusto nako nga padayon ta… Gusto nako nga aduna tay harmony in delivering services to our constituents. Kay kung sige ta’g away-away, ang dakong apektado ani ang atong mga empleyado sa Kapitolyo ug ang atong mga constituents,” ingon ni Kuya Gov.

Miugat ang bingkil sa ehekutibo ug lehislatura sa probinsiya sa pag-kwestiyon ni BM Amit sa pag-usbaw sa budget sa buhatan sa gobernador ug provincial administrator, sa peace and order fund, ug sa pagbabag niini sa confidential fund sa gobernador sa ‘proposed’ 2023 Annual Budget sa probinsiya.

Sa kasuko sa gobernador sa giingon ni BM Amit nga kuno dunay ‘anomaly’ sa gisugyot nga pag-usbaw sa budget sa mga opisina sa gobernador ug sa provincial administrator, iyang gipaimbargo ang sakyanan nga bag-o lang gi-issue sa board member.

“Diha ko nasuko nga term. Unsa pagka-anomaly nga kuyog ka sa creation. Paghimo sa budget naa siya nag-uban. Wala gani ko… Siya ang naa kay siya ang representative sa SP sa Local Finance Committee,” gipahingusgan ni Kuya Gov.

Gipasabot niya nga ang pag-usbaw sa budget sa opisina sa gobernador kato donations aron pakusgan ang serbisyo sa iyang buhatan.

“Donations to nga nadugang para nga makahatag pa jud og extra support sa mga nanginahanglan… (apil niini) ang donations kay Vice Gov ug sa mga board members tanan ug akoa naay increase,” sulti niya.

“Nganong anomaly man jud ang term nga gigamit… very malicious,” maoy angal niya.

Gibatbat sa gobernador nga gitarong jud niya paggasto ang panudlanan sa Kapitolyo alang sa paghatud sa tinud-anay nga serbisho, nga miresulta sa daghang mga kalampusan ug awards sa probinsiya, lakip na ang pagdeklara niini isip "Insurgency-Free Province".

“Pero akong isulti sa inyoha, mangayo pud ko pasaylo kang Board Member Amit sa akong naistorya sa iya ug sa akong pagkuha sa iyang sakyanan… apil pud kang Vice Gov ug sa SP, sorry ato... Mao na giingon nga tawo ra pud ko nga mobati kasuko, ug masakitan,” sulti sa gobernador.

Human makapahungaw, sulti ni Kuya Gov nga ok na siya ug iuli na niya ang sakyanan ni Amit.

“Ako, okay na ko kay nakapahungaw na ko… katong akong confidential fund nga zero, ok na ko… wa na koy problema. Pero ang akong hangyo kaninyo nga magkuyog gihapon ta sa pagserbisyo sa katawhan… kuyog ta sa pagtuyok sa mga barangay para makita sa katawhan nga duna tay one direction to give more public service,” sulti niya.

TUMONG ug tinguha sa KAwsa sa AGrikulturA ug PAnginabuhian sa barangaY (KAAGAPAY) nga programa ni Gobernador Edwin “Kuya Gob” Jubahib nga dili lang hangtod napulo ka adlaw ang pag-atiman sa mga kahoy’ng Tugas (Molave) nga gipangtanom sa mga benepisyaryo sa Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers kun TUPAD.

“Dili lang ten days nga atong tan-awon ang atong kahoy. Hangyo ni Kuya Gob uban sa mga opisyales kang Vice Gov Rey T. Uy ug sa Sangguniang Panlalawigan nga unta after sa 10 days ato gihapon bisitahan ang atoang gipananom hangtod moabot ang iyang kadak-on nga kaya na niya nga mabuhi. Atong alimahan og maayo para puhon makaingon ka kanang kahoya ako’y nagtanom ana pinaagi sa KAAGAPAY ug TUPAD program,” awhag ni Davao del Norte Probinsyal Administrador Engr. Josie Jean Rabanoz.

Hinuon dili lang pagtanom og gulayon ingon man kahoy ang KAAGAPAY. Human ma-organisar ang mga purok ingong People’s Organization, libreng ipang-apod-apod ang mga manok ngadto sa mga POs aron ilang padakoon sa mga duha ka bulan. Dili maglisod ang mga mag-uuma sanglit mismo ang probinsya ang mopalit sa mga produkto base sa rasonableng presyo sa Tagum City merkado.

“Ang akoang kalipay kay naimplementar ang programa ni Kuya Gob nga KAAGAPAY. Na-launched na ni last year pero mas gipakusgan pa ni karon; mi-widened, mas midako ang scope sa programa. Tapos gidungan pod niini ang TUPAD para sa atong livelihood. Amoang gipaabot amoang kalipay kay Kuya Gob sa kini nga mga programa nga atoa jud ginasuportahan dire sa atoang lungsod,” pasalamat ni Braulio E. Dujali Mayor Atty Leah Marie Moral-Romano.

Sa Braulio E. Dujali 216 ka tawo ang mahimong benepisyaryo sa TUPAD nga nananom og mga Tugas nga giapilan sa mga opisyales sa lungsod samtang sayo-sayo sa buntag nananom sab ang KAAGAPAY-TUPAD og mamulak nga kahoy didto sa Sonlon, Asuncion.
