* Job Purpose: - Manages all social media channels, campaigns, and team members to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. - Researches and analyses social media trends, including social media budgets and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. - Works with various company departments to promote overall brands within the KinderWorld Education Group through social media channels. * Job Description - Oversees all company social media accounts management - Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages. Innovate, share and explore creative new ideas on how to improve the content experience. - Coordinates social media messaging with graphic design department, College or School managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals - Regularly delivers mail blasts via SMS, Emails or other electronic media channels - Build and update databases for emailing and mass SMSs to potential customers - Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns - Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. Review analytics on an ongoing basis to manage and shape content and messaging strategies - Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, advertising campaigns, or other brand messages. Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-market teams to plan, deliver and execute successful digital marketing campaigns - Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces - Implement online marketing related to Social media e.g. SEO, Google Ad-words, Facebook Ads, GDN,… - Support Marketing team to build up advertising activities including Facebook post, PR, content website, forum seeding… belong to campaign Digital Marketing of company. - Innovate, share and explore creative new ideas on how to improve the content experience. - Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords - Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve positions for target keywords.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, Journalism or related field. - Extensive Knowledge of Social Media Platforms, Web Proficiency, Computer Software Proficiency, Team Management Experience, Advertising, Copywriting, Content Creation, Public Relations and Brand Marketing Experience, Proofreading and Editing Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Customer Service Skills. - Proven working experience in online marketing SEO, Facebook , Google Adwords, Youtube, GDN, PR ... - Excellent in English communication, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with online tracking/ reporting systems. - Knowledge in photography or design is a plus. - Vietnamese only
