Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to navigate challenges presented by the spread of COVID-19. Please keep in mind we are a small, locally owned business. Our number one priority is to ensure shows play as scheduled and do so in the safest way possible. We gain nothing restricting admission to customers. What Is A Health Check?

Health Checks are safety protocols instituted by Event Organizers to help attendee and artist exposure to COVID-19. As a venue, HI-FI does not set or control Health Check guidelines, which is why different events you see at the venue may have different protocols. While specific requirements vary across events, some common measures may include but are not limited to: proof of full vaccination against COVID-19, proof of a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test prior to entering the event, or a face-covering requirement. Please check the requirements of your show for event-specific detail.

When Are Health Checks Required?

The Event Organizer (usually the artist) determines if Health Checks will be required to attend an event. In some instances, the Event Organizer may choose to exceed protocols required by public health or government agencies. We maintain partnerships with local health agencies and abide by all government guidelines.

What To Do If You Can’t Attend Due To A Health Check

Health Check policies may change at any time. To be sure, always check our website before heading out to the show. Additionally, we are constantly updating our messaging and contacting ticket buyers with information on any show changes or requirements. If a Health Check prevents you from attending a show, contact [email protected] to discuss your options. You will find our team very accommodating and supportive of show exchanges and refunds. Please remember there are real people on the other end of your message. Kindness and understanding go a long way in this world of uncertainty. We are only able to support requests for verified tickets purchased through our ticket providers: SeeTickets (HI-FI, Annex, LO-FI, Athenaeum, Garfield Park) & Eventbrite (The Vogue, The Pavilion). This means that if you purchased your ticket through a ticket broker, reseller, Facebook Marketplace, Venmo, etc – We are not able to help you. You must go back to your point of purchase. Lastly, we are not able to offer any refunds for credits after a show has already occurred.

How We Communicate Health Checks

Health Check requirements are communicated to customers, and potential customers, on a show by show basis via the following methods
  • Indicator on show listing on our websites
  • Requirements listed on ticketing purchases pages on SeeTickets and Eventbrite
  • Detailed requirements posted on official Facebook event listings
  • Pre-show emails with “Know Before You go” sent to all advance ticket buyer
  • Policy and show update emails sent to all advance ticket buyers

    • Health Check Entrance Procedure

    You will be greeted by a member of our team PRIOR to entering the line or accessing the box office. Simply show your proof of compliance (vaccination card and/or negative COVID-19 test result, or mobile entry pass (Bindle, Clear Apple Wallet) and you are on your way. Please do not wait until you are in line to gather your documentation. If you are not ready you will be asked to step aside until you are ready, so we may let other guests through.

    Self-administered (aka”at-home”) COVID test results will only be accepted if 1) the test is brought to the venue unopened//cdn.kicksdigital.com/hifiindy.comnused, and you must 2) self-administer the test and await results while in the presence of a HI-FI event staff member. If the test results are Negative, you will be able to enter the show. If the results are Positive, unfortunately you will not be allowed entry into the venue. You can then contact [email protected] for your refund options.

    Venue Rules

    1. Bullying of other customers or our staff is not tolerated
    2. Out of respect to our guests who choose to wear a mask, we will remove anyone from the premises (without refunds) for harassing other guests or making rude/political comments.
    3. Any individual found to be harassing or arguing with our staff over our safety policies will promptly be removed from the venue.
    4. Any patron found to be not in compliance will be denied admission and / or removed from the venue without a refund.

    6. This is a safe place to watch a show. Leave the nonsense at home. We have a zero tolerance policy.

    Customer Liability Waiver

    All ticket holders, guests and artists agree to enter at their own risk. This disclaimer is present throughout the ticket purchase process as well as posted in several locations inside the venue. Your health and safety are our top priority. HI-FI will endeavor to comply with state and local orders while following CDC, Marion County Board of Health, and Indiana Board of Health guidelines with regard to social distancing, face coverings, capacity and vaccinations. You acknowledge and agree that HI-FI shall not be responsible for any illness to persons of your household, family, social circle or yourself, any corresponding damage, claim, or expense, of any kind, that you, your family members, your household, or social circle may experience or incur in connection with contracting COVID-19 as a result of visiting HI-FI, LO-FI or HI-FI Annex.

    INCLEMENT WEATHER PROCEDURES

    Our inclement weather procedure can be tricky. Pay close attention to event listings and our social media channels. While we are under venue capacity restrictions we have implemented a temporary plan to give us flexibility in moving from venue to venue based on weather. The time of the inclement weather will determine our plan. Buy your tickets with confidence. If an event is rescheduled due to weather, we will honor your ticket for the new date or provide a full refund if you are unable to attend. This is, and always has been, our commitment to our customers.

    TICKET SALES & BOX OFFICE

    • Tickets available at HIFIindy.com, HI-FI Box Office on show nights or at HI-FI Annex Box Office/Door (located on St. Patrick Street)
    • Box office opens 1 hour before doors on event days. We have discontinued our Friday day time box office hours until further notice.

      • PERMITTED ITEMS

      • Lawn chairs – Permitted in designated areas
      • Small Purse / Fanny Pack – subject to security inspection
      • To-go food from local restaurants
      • (1) factory sealed bottle of water
      • A warm heart
      • Smiles

        • NON-PERMITTED ITEMS

        • No outside beverages
        • No weapons of any kind
        • No drugs or illegal substances
        • No coolers
        • No glass
        • No smoking or vaping in venue, designated smoking area outside venue
        • No backpacks
        • No pets
        • No opinions on the mask policy
        • No bad attitudes

          MASK UP! YES, WE ARE STILL WEARING MASKS.

          All patrons and employees are required to wear a face covering that fully covers the nose and mouth at all times when inside the venue. Signs are posted in multiple locations throughout the venue. The only time you may remove your face covering is while eating/drinking or sitting at a table. You must wear a mask as you move about the venue. Face masks and face shields are both acceptable forms of face coverings.Anyone wearing masks with holes in them, fake beards, “string” masks, masks made from undergarments and all other obvious non-compliant masks will be denied entry. We are hopeful this restriction will be lifted soon. Hang in there and we’ll be done with these pesky masks soon enough.
