New NPC:

Enhancement stages/progression added.
Buffs:
  • Rubber
    • Added immunity to Electric and Rumble.

    • C can now hit through multiple enemies.
Nerfs:

Fixes:

  • Fixed Blox Fruits disappearing in Underwater City.
  • Fixed the "random killing bug".
  • Enlarged the Aura visual with Rubber.
  • Fixed moves not working sometimes,
  • Mastery now requires less EXP to be leveled up.
  • Fixed rectangle heads with Aura.
  • Fixed randomly flinging underwater.

Fixes:
  • Broken enemies and flinging caused by certain moves.
  • Made Bisento a bit bigger visually.
  • Observation can no longer dodge Quake's X.
Nerfs:
  • Rubber's 2nd Transformation's damage boost is now 22.5% instead of 25%.
Increased mastery cap (max is now 500)
Security fixes for some Blox Fruits.
