Hello. I am a new owner of the gas heater/fireplace and I am having a problem with keeping the fire going. There is a spark, gas flows, it ignites and the flame spreads nicely, but it goes out when I release the button. Sometimes I manage to light it, it runs for a while and then goes out. Afterwards, I cannot turn it on again. It is very difficult to turn it on as the fire goes out. I practically cannot use it and I need heating urgently. Regards, please help.
