Returning customer

Been a VQ fitness customer for a few years now, customer service had always been on point. More recently I had some sizing issues with garments in size Large that were considerably bigger than previous purchases but Cloe was able to offer a gift card as compensation for my troubles. The T-shirts are the most buttery soft and the elevate collection has the nicest scrunches.

Follow-Up on Faulty Item

I had an excellent experience with Vanquish Fitness! Their customer service is truly outstanding. I encountered some issues with my order that were completely out of their control, but their team handled it exceptionally well and ensured everything was resolved quickly and smoothly.As for the clothing, the quality is top-notch. The materials feel premium, and the fit is perfect—designed for both comfort and performance. You can tell a lot of thought goes into their products. Excellent customer service

I contacted Vanquish regarding the status of my returns parcel and received a very fast response from a polite member of staff. Charlotte was able to resolve the matter promptly, ensuring that I was aware of the predicted time frame. I was then contacted again to inform me that my refund was complete. The items are also good quality and we were only returning due to ordering multiple sizes. Thank you again Charlotte.

Outstanding Customer Service

I had a small quality issue with an item of clothing where the logo was peeling off after only a week, I have bought multiple items from Vanquish previously and never experienced this problem.I had a response from Cloe in customers services within 24hrs who was more than happy to help and offered me a very suitable resolution. Problem resolved in less than a day, can't complain.

Lots of items feel like bad quality and for returns you have to take care of everything yourself, no way to make a return label. Seems like they do this on purpose to minimize returns and maximize return cost for the buyer. Not great practice guys…

Absolutely 100% the best bodybuilding…

Absolutely 100% the best bodybuilding and fitness clothing out there...the clothes fit so well and the materials are really good as you can actually train in them if you want to although I have items now that I wouldn't train in as they are so nice I don't want to sweat in them because I wear them casually everywhere I go...the customer service is without exaggerating the best I have ever found especially for a similar size company... These guys support, they treat customers as family, they refer to us as family... When a company does that there really is no beating them... The drip is on a next level... I get so many compliments from everyone I meet... Thank you guys

Never order from this brand again

Never order from this brand again. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. It took 21 days to receive my order, which is unacceptable. I purchased two pairs of pants in the same model but different colors (black and beige). While the black pair is somewhat okay, the beige pair is a complete disaster. The color is completely different from what was shown on the website, and the material is so thin and poor in quality that it looks like pajamas. It wrinkles instantly and is unwearable. On top of that, although both pairs were size S, the beige pair is noticeably larger than the black one. Honestly, ordering from China would be faster, cheaper, and probably the same quality. Very disappointing!

Purchased first time on VQ fitness did…

Purchased first time on VQ fitness did not think there would be a problem as son had quite a few orders no problem.Now wish I had checked Trust pilot as I always do for purchasing off websites never used before .Paid through PayPal credit items never received,did not receive any notification.The item was delivered and placed in a bucket on my drive way unknown to me.If there had been a card through door would have alerted but 11 days later finds out .Sent numerous emails tried calling customer service but as soon as I went through PayPal they contacted that as it was more than 7 days they could not contact carrier as there policy did not allow this .Now just found out as they sent tracker number that was enough proof so have to pay £66.18 for nothing utter joke .You can’t contact them they hide have no respect for customers robbing !,,,, Utter low life’s was it ever posted ??

Excellent customer service

Ordered a few items they were excellent quality and arrived quickly. Unfortunately there was a fault on one of the items, however after emailing customer service they respond very quickly and provided me with a gift card to replace the item.
