What happens during a Video Game Party?

After all the equipment is set up, the gamers will be able to play whatever games they choose on the consoles (up to 4 gamers on each TV).

The Virtual Reality will be supervised by the host and will be taken in turns with time limits according to how many gamers there are and how long the party is.

The party equipment is then packed up.

What console games will be playable?

We stick with games within the age advisory categories. The most popular games are:

Playstation Games: Minecraft, Rocket League, Crash Team Racing, Gang Beasts, Goat Simulator, Moving Out, FIFA, NBA, Injustice, Streets of Rage, Mortal Kombat, Dirt 5

What VR Games will be playable?

What consoles will be included?

We use Playstation, Nintendo Switch and Oculus Quest.

How does the VR work?

There needs to be a 2 metre by 2 metre area for each VR Headset. They will be played by one person at a time each and will be rotated throughout the party.The VR can also be streamed to a TV with Chromecast for people to watch the game.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken via Card during the booking process. Bookings are refundable any time before the booking date.

How long does it take to set up / pack up?

Set up and pack up take approximately 30 minutes before and after the party.

How do I cancel a booking?

Please cancel with at least 24 hours notice. You must contact us by phone or email to cancel. It’s safer to call.

How do I reschedule a booking?

If you need to reschedule, you can do so by calling us. You must reschedule at least 2 days before your booking.

Is there an age restriction?

There are no age restrictions although Video Game Parties are most successful with ages 7-13.We only allow games to be played that are appropriate to their advisory categories or what parents allow.
