 The khang dinh: S + V ( o dang qua khu) + ....                                Ex : he often moked a lot tn years ago 

The phu dinh : dung tro tu did : S + did not + V ( bare - inf)              ex : I didn't watch TV yesterday.

The nghi van: Did + S +V (bare -inf) + ....?                                         Did you see my daughter , Mary ?

tra loi : Yes , S + did                    No, I didn't                                            Yes , I did
