  CX Mastery Journey 2025 – Elevating Customer-Centric Excellence at VIB CX Mastery Journey 2025 marks a defining milestone in VIB’s commitment to building a truly customer-centric organization. As the bank’s first reality-based capability development program aligned with international CX competency standards, the journey was designed to cultivate a workforce equipped with empathy, service mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving excellence. Over four progressive rounds — Heart to Heart, Head to Head, In My Hands, and the Grand Finale — more than 1,000 participants engaged in a transformative learning-and-competition experience. Each challenge simulated real customer scenarios, requiring candidates to demonstrate not only technical competence but also emotional intelligence, analytical capability, and agility under pressure. The Grand Finale brought together an exceptional panel of CX experts and senior VIB leaders. Finalists presented their individual CX projects, showcasing forward-thinking solutions that contribute to the future of customer experience at VIB.   CX Mastery Journey 2025 – A Journey of Growth, Empathy, and Service Excellence at VIB At VIB, Customer Experience (CX) is not just a principle, it’s our culture. The CX Mastery Journey 2025 is an internal development program designed to nurture CX ambassadors across the organization, empowering front-line employees to strengthen service excellence, elevate customer empathy, and embody the “Customer-Centric” mindset.  From approximately 1000 registered participants nationwide, 100 outstanding finalists advanced to Round 3: The Breakthrough Round, held on 01.11.2025 in Ho Chi Minh City. The day began with an inspiring CX Ascend Workshop, where experts Mr. Trịnh Xuân Pháp - Master Trainer and Dr. Đặng Bảo Trâm - CEO of URA Academy - guided participants on data-driven decision-making and the art of communication that builds trust. In the afternoon, contestants faced real-life CX challenges in team scenarios that tested their agility, teamwork, and strategic problem-solving — under the observation of the judges, including a special guest, actress Uyển Ân.
