Hi, I change from HM3 to PT4 today and imported my DB using the import from folder option. But now I see that my results don't match tho everything loaded fine. I'm missing over 1k in profit, what could be the problem? HIFm1 Posts: 4Joined: Wed Jan 26, 2022 9:58 am TopRe: imported DB from HM3 to PT4

Please send specific information detailing this to us in a Support Ticket including comparable screenshots from both Holdem Manager 3 and PokerTracker 4. Flag_Hippo Moderator Posts: 14751Joined: Tue Jan 31, 2012 7:50 am TopRe: imported DB from HM3 to PT4

If you need help with analysing your data then start by taking screenshots from both databases with as much comparable information as possible such as total number of hands and/or tournaments along with winnings and attach those to a Support Ticket. If, for example, the number of hands/tournaments don't match then naturally your profit isn't necessarily going to match either but you can compare the databases yourself to see where the difference is coming from or open a ticket to have a technician assist with that. Also if you are playing tournaments and have manually edited results in Holdem Manager 3 then PokerTracker 4 isn't going necessarily going to to know about those.
