I was trying to get a quart mixed for my bumpers and wheels on my '63 SC in their NASON brand acrylic enamel single stage. Anyone have the paint mix code in NASON/DuPont? thanks_________________enjoy the journey, Gary Watch us on YouTube, VW Life AND listen in to the VW Life Good Time Hour on VDub Radio, every Tuesday!

But that's good quality paint. I'll try a local PPG dealer on that old Ditler/ppg number too. thanks_________________enjoy the journey, Gary Watch us on YouTube, VW Life AND listen in to the VW Life Good Time Hour on VDub Radio, every Tuesday!

I had them mix up some PPG paint code 8251 to paint my rims and they came out with a tan/yellow tint to them. Not happy and now i have to repaint all five rims......

I’d click once on that mix image... it will open up in a new browser window. Copy the text in the address field & send the image address to paint shop. They’ll click on the link & the image will open in a web browser window._________________aka: Evan Spreadsheet for Bus RPM, based on gearing & tire size (Excel format) Searchable, click-navigable 1958 Bus Parts List “They are about as worthless as the tits on the boars that live in the woods behind their junk yard.” -Weatherly

It's not a metallic silver. It's the name of the white on bus bumpers for many many years. Velvet green is not velvet, its just a description. Dove Blue isn't made of bluebirds. Java Green doesn't contain any coffee. Some of the comments here have me fearing for the future of VWs._________________The best things in life aren't Things (they're Buses)

It seems like you are reading some comments from 2010 differently that how I'm reading them. In any case that guy was sort of confused on the VW color Silver White being a shade of White._________________How to Post Photos Everett Barnes - [email protected] | My wanted ads "Water is the only drink for a wise man" | "Communication prevents complaints" Stop dead photo links!
