Join us for a WBFN Virtual Seminar - Visa Options for G4 Dependents.
Are you wondering how to obtain Green Card status while in G4 visa?
- Visa backlogs have made it almost impossible for children (and retirees) to obtain their green cards through the special immigrant visa route. E-2 F-1, H-1 and other nonimmigrant visas may be viable options to consider if / when a G-4 is no longer available to you. Self-sponsored green cards may also be viable.
- Did you know that US children over the age of 21 can sponsor their parents for green cards, even if they are still in college and not financially independent.
- Asylum or work permits for abused spouses may be options, and are not inconsistent with G-4 status.
This session will address these and other related topics for G4 spouses and children, while debunking common myths about US visa options for G4 dependents. Time will be set aside for questions and answers.
When: Wednesday, November 5, 2025 - 1:00pmSpeakers: Amy R. Novick and Yusuf Ahmad, Attorneys at Law - Haynes Novick Kohn ImmigrationRegistration: has closedYou must be registered in order to receive the webex link. The link will be e-mailed to all registered participants the day before.
