delicious herbal chicken soup, would highly recommend to anyone visiting hanoi! They are generous with the chicken and the service was great. It was a lovely meal. Although we didn't speak vietnamese, the staff were friendly. This restaurant honestly deserves a higher rating!Get the noodles with the soup, i didn't know it was a thing but we saw other tables having it so we decided to try. It's really nice. Their fried rice is pretty good too.(For my fellow Chinese pals reading this, it's similar but does taste a little different from the Chinese herbal black chicken soup.)

The chicken soup here is amazing!!! The soup is savory and has a whole chicken in it. The chicken is tender. You can order a doughnut on the side to dip thebsoup. Would highly recommend this place. You must try it.

Food is really good and the price is affordable, so it is advised to try it at least once, especially for foreigners.The main dish is chicken stew with herbs, it is really tasty anh healthy since there are herbs in the food and it is suggested eating with grill honey bread. On the other hand, the structure is kinda old and quite dirty outside because they located next to a rubbish truck (sometimes) so should eat inside instead of outside

Excellent food (chicken pho is the specialty) and fast service. Lots of well prepared beverage options and the atmosphere of classic outdoor Hanoi with French Colonial architecture and magnificent jungle foliage.

For lovers of black chicken. I regularly visit this place when in Hanoi. Enjoy Black chicken in Chinese Herbs or with lotus seeds and mushroom. Cucumber salad is good as is the sweetened lightly friend bread for dipping into the soup. Washed down with iced tea.
