VM CNC Mill Features

We use the same rigorous design and manufacturing processes for these small CNC machines as we do on our high-end CNC machines. Our machine design uses a solidly built, one-piece machine base that uses premium components, such as heavy-duty linear rails in all three axes that are mounted to a machined shoulder to increase rigidity and wedge locked to reduce vibration instead of using the cheaper face-milled process.                  The efficient design of the VM CNC machines results in a machine with a small footprint and large work cube. The MAX 5 CNC control comes standard with a 2.7GHz Dual-Core Processor, 4GB RAM Memory, 128GB Solid State Hard Drive, and 10,000 block lookahead. Additionally, the VM CNC ​mills are equipped with a Big Plus 12,000 RPM Spindle system, and a 20-tool swing-arm ATC.
