Avoid

I ordered 2 cluth pedal bushes for my camper van. Waited a week and not heard anything. When I contacted them they said oh we can send them as there is a russian steel embargo. I had nothing to say this previously and they are still available online to ship to UK. No apology no reply to my email to raise to a complaint. Just a refund sent no email to confirm this. It worked great for me as got them from Brickwerks £20 cheaper. Would never use this company again.

Ordered a window seal

Ordered a window seal, was sent a part that doesn’t fit what they stated would fix, asked for a return and they accepted, sent the item back and they just ignored me for a month, sent numerous emails and they haven’t replied. I would avoid if you can

Terrible Company

This is my awful experience with them.08.12.2021. - I've purchased a windscreen seal from them via PayPal. [40,19€ (price of the item) + 65,90€ (shipping) = 106,09€] After numerous tries and errors I had to purchase it "as a guest".10.12.2021. - After being stuck in "processing" for few days I've contacted their support asking for an explanation. - I received no response.11.12.2021. - Contacted them again. - No response.14.12.2021. - I contacted them for the third time, stating if I don't hear from them I'll request a refund.same day- I opened a PayPal ticket and explained everything and provided screenshots.15.12.2021. - After that they responded by saying that my order was "stuck" and that there was some kind of "import failure" and they will check with the IT and get back to me.same day - I've responded by requesting a cancelation and a refund as I no longer can wait for them as I've gotten in touch with other sellers.16.12.2021. - I sent another e-mail saying that responses take longer than usual and that's the reason I'm sending another e-mail as they don't have to bother with IT, just to cancel my order. - I received no response.After several messages in PayPal Volkswagen Payments S.A. finally came through saying they've contacted VW Classic Parts and I should hear from them.17.12.2021. - VW Classic Parts sent an email saying they've canceled the order and "will make a refund". - No refund was issued.same day - I've contacted them back saying that the order status in my account is still not canceled. - I received no response.20.12.2021. - I've contacted them explaining how I'm tired of their empty promises and I'm requesting a refund once again. - No response from them.22.12.2021. - I've escalated the case to PayPal.same day - VW Classic Parts responded by saying order was indeed canceled but not in shop-based window and their "bookkeeping" will send money back via PayPal "ASAP". - They didn't.24.12.2021. - PayPal ended up refunding me, NOT the VW Classic Parts. I've received a response from PayPal that the case that was closed in my favor.As you can see, they kept ignoring my emails constantly, over and over again, and each time they actually responded (with empty promise) was caused [1] by VW Payments A.S contacting them and [2] By PayPal. If it wasn't for PayPal I would not have received my money back and I would be ignored as usual.Very sad service, very unprofessional, uncooperative and ignorant for a company to behave like this which is open mockery in my face. They probably had intention of never returning the money. This wouldn't be the first time they did this according to trustedshops.eu !Rate: 0/5Personal advice: AVOID THEM !
