Hi, I have problem with the metalic knocking/ratling noise on my Volvo V60 CC D3 Aut. The noise happens while accelerating at 1500 RPM up to 2000 RPM. Usually noticeable at low speed while driving up the hill, 2nd or 3th gear. The noise is louder at open windows. While in park or idle the sound isn't there. I am little desprete here, because the car was several times on volvo service, and the guys didn't find anythink wrong. The car has 110.000 km. Have somebody a suggestion what might be wrong?
