Angel Tuning develop full professional engine efficiency management software for your Volvo’s D5 engine that enhances the standard Volvo “compromise” or “sales” file. We are not offering “tuning boxes” that just plug into your fuel rail that tamper with ecu signals and adjust fuelling. Tuning boxes do have a place in the market but we would only offer them as a last resort to customers who’s cars have ECU’s that are not “re mappable”. Tuning boxes should never considered when a professional remap is an option!

Our in house developed engine management software we achieve the MAXIMUM efficiency from the engine, giving a SMOOTH linear power delivery, for harder, smoother acceleration with no flat spots. This will give greatly improved throttle response and no downsides.

Because we tune your V70 to its maximum efficiency you can also expect to improve fuel economy by around 12% (although this depends on your right foot of course!)

We know from vast experience what the limitations are of car components, therefore our aim is to achieve the best combination of power, economy and driveability with no detrimental effect on longevity.

Our tuning files are physically and diagnostically undetectable.

Should the file get deleted by a dealer you pay the fuel and we will re apply the file for free. Should you need the car setting back to your standard file simply bring the car back or pay the fuel and we will do that for free also.
