Vossen HF-2

The Vossen HF-2 Wheel, part of the Vossen Hybrid Forged Series, owes its aggressive, mesh aesthetic to its forged counterpart, the S17-01. Brushed Gloss Black and Tinted Matte Gunmetal are offered as standard finishes while nine of the Vossen Forged solid finishes can be selected for a custom look and feel.

Wheel Aesthetics

Inspired by the Vossen Forged S17-01, the Hybrid Forged Vossen HF-2 is a detailed, mesh design, incorporating ‘lollipop’ milling on the spoke edges. The HF-2 is the first Vossen Hybrid Forged wheel available in 24 inch for aggressive SUV applications. The new Hybrid Forged offering is available in three concave profiles, Flat, Deep and Super Deep, and two standard finishes, as well as nine additional custom finishes, powder-coated at Vossen’s forged facility in Miami.

Concave Profiles

The Vossen Hybrid Forged HF-2 is available in three different concave profiles. Flat, Deep and Super Deep profiles allow for extremely aggressive fitments for a wide range of makes and models.

Step 1

A cast wheel is mounted to the flow forming drum and heat is applied.

Step 2

Hydraulic rollers stretch the wheel by applying pressure to to the barrel.

Step 3

The wheel’s material is stretched and compressed to achieve the desired width.

Step 4

Stretching the barrel material improves the grain structure of the aluminum, making a stronger and lighter barrel, similar to a forged wheel.
