VRC Portal Marker

The portal maker component is how you can make portals in your worlds to go to other worlds. You can create your own hub world or link worlds together. You can easily add a portal to your world by dragging the VRCPortalMarker prefab into your scene and adding the world you want to go to in the "Room ID" field. Players will only enter a portal if they are looking at it and walk forward into it.

Options

Parameter	Description
World	Choose a preset option of where this portal should take the player.
None - Do not use a preset but use the Room ID field. If no Room ID is specific, search for a world using the search parameters.
Home - Take the player to their own home world. This will be different per player. Some players may freak out when they see their personal world displayed in yours. Just letting you know now.
Hub - Take the player to the hub world.
Room Id	The world Id you would like this portal to send players. This will only be used if the World parameter is set to "None". You can find the id of your worlds in the Manage Uploaded Content panel in the SDK.
Custom Portal Name	The name displayed above the portal
Sort Heading	If room id isn't set, the portal will be directed to this list at an index of Offset variable

Sort Order	What sort order should be used if using Sort Heading rather than direct Room Id
Ascending
Descending
Offset	The offset this portal should have in the Sort Heading list if used
Search Term	Search terms to use when there is no room id.
Tag	Tags to look for when there is no room id.
Use Default Presentation	Show default particles whenever someone enters the portal.
