What is the relationship between User Experience ( UX), Customer Experience (CX), Brand Experience(BX)?

To understand the user experience, you will need to understand what exactly the product/solution is, which we will now be called Brand In this post. Why did they design and build that brand? What’s its target audience? Who’s going to buy, use, and provide feedback for it?

Superman is not my product. It’s a brand of DC comics. In the comic book, Superman’s brand unequivocally is to be America’s hero. Countless times, Superman saved the planet also. His brand is to be hero to all. How was Superman a hero for me? Did he save my life, my cat, or just inspire me? Was he nice when he did his “hero” work? Did Wonder Woman help?

It is now ALL about the experience my friends. Wouldn’t you say so? Because if my experience with Superman is crappy, then I’m going with Batman 😉.

While most designers influence the User Experience (UX) primarily, we also need to understand the larger context of Customer Experience (CX) towards building a strong and credible Brand Experience(BX).

Here we would like to explain UX, CX, and BX concepts, and the relations between them.

Finally, we will get through what makes User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (UX) two mutually dependent but independent wings of Brand Experience BX?

User Experience

User Experience (UX) tells to having a profound understanding of users, what they need, what they value, their abilities, and also their boundaries.

UX also considers the benefit of both the service providers as well as the users. UX mainly aims at persistent creativeness of the quality of the user’s interaction with the digital interface and perceptions of your product and any related services

Customer Experience

CX has a wider perspective than UX;

CX is an umbrella term that align all channels and products within the same brand, and how the user feels about them in whole. CX serves a typical goal to associate the business strategies with the actual product being served to the customer and the overall experience enfolding the brand.

Customer Experience is the product of an interaction between an organization and a customer over the duration of their relationship in terms of the digitally crafted experience solely for the organization.

Brand Experience

UX is an unavoidable part of the CX.

UX + CX = BX

The cumulative process of design from scratch to using it as a customer and its experience will be collectively called the Brand Experience.

Brand Experience (BX) is the widest scope of all. It looks at what the collective mass says about all the experiences of your bike- price, maintenance, looks, etc.
