WHEEL SECURITY MASTERED

Following years of development and testing, we have brought a high-tech monitoring system to market to protect fleets from the risks of wheel loss. Rather than solely relying on brightly coloured wheel nut indicator tags, which only point to a loosening wheel nut when a vehicle is stationary, our sensors proactively notify the driver if a wheel nut begins to loosen whilst the vehicle is in motion.

It’s an entirely fresh approach to tackling a global road safety issue which has already been recognised with multiple industry awards in the sector – including being named Transport Technology of the Year (National Technology Awards) and Product Innovation of the Year (Logistics UK).

INTELLIGENT TPMS

Our Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is a breeze to fit and brings significant advantages, including incredible accuracy. It makes checking tyre pressures faster and more hygienic than ever before, with instant alerts for underinflation, fast leakage or should the air temperature inside the tyre rise significantly – often the sign of an impending blowout.

We offer systems for both retrofit and supply direct to manufacturers as original equipment.

A HUB OF SAFETY

Our wheel loss sensors are also designed to keep track of temperatures around the brakes and hub, providing an early warning at the first sign of high temperatures which could potentially trigger a blaze if left unchecked – one of the dangers of sticking brakes or hub defects, and a major cause of commercial vehicle fires.

Plus, they can also be used to indicate when there is little or no temperature rise during use, which could be the tell-tale sign a vehicle has ineffective brakes – enabling fleets to get them checked in a workshop as a priority.
