LG CX vs C1 OLED: Which TV Is Better?

The LG C1 OLED replaces the LG CX OLED, and overall they're very similar TVs. The biggest differences are that the C1 comes in a larger 83 inch variant, has the newest version of webOS, and includes new 'Game Optimizer' settings, including an input lag boost that reduces input lag by a few... www.rtings.com www.rtings.com #3 · Nov 16, 2021 Depends on the price. If there is a considerable savings of 500$ or more by choosing CX, go with it. Else pick a C1 instead ( a year newer with additional support for firmware updates) Sent from my Pixel 6 Pro using Tapatalk #4 · Nov 16, 2021 Can't go wrong with either of them, if the price is the same obviously go for the C1 due to its newer firmware #5 · Nov 16, 2021 Love my 77" CX. C1 was a minor update. If you can get a CX for a decent savings go for it. Both will be "the old models" in a few months anyway. (C1 will likely be supported longer but CX is still getting updates, in fact we just got the Dolby Vision 4k 120 Hz update in October, just a few months after the C1.) #6 · Nov 17, 2021 I had both and really liked them. But when Sony reduced the price on the A80J, bought a kept it. Can’t go wrong with any of those TV IMO. Non gamer opinion too. #7 · Nov 17, 2021 thanks for all of your help #8 · Nov 19, 2021 I currently have both a 55" C1 and a 77CX. The 77" is professional calibrated and range C1 is not. The C1's picture out of the box was more accurate compared to CX, the shadow detail is also better on the C1. If you are not planning on paying for a professionalt calibration get a C1. if you are going too user an alexa device on the tv i sind the C12 works better, for some reason the Cx sometimes does not work but the C1 works all the time. #9 · Nov 19, 2021 If you're not getting it calibrated get a Sony. Much better OOTB accuracy than the LG OLEDS. Insert Quotes Post Reply
