  Earlier this year we put together this fun little last minute Christmas gift idea with probably one of the most iconic British gift sets, the classic Lynx Africa! We've had this year for absolutely years, full of simplicity, cut through creative as well as being culturally rich... 🤌 Also, we do love to put together a little trailer to sell the sizzle (appreciated the song too)...   Why does so much creative work begin with strategy? When you start a business, it often begins with the idea then you develop the strategy. The content creators you work with probably began with having an idea of what they wanted to do which wasn't the result of a strategy. The amount of creative time wasted because "the strategy isn't ready" is significant. The strategy is the goal, the north star and shouldn't be 50+ slides long, who the fuck is remembering that(!) Why should social media creative for a brand be the other way around?

  The biggest piece of feedback we get on out creative is: “We just need to appease the client” Do brands want appeased or do they want expertease and confindence that a firm expert hand knows what’s good. For work that shocks, delights and sparks some sort of reaction >>>> www.doubleyouexwhy.com

  A few years ago, we were challenged to develop a creative response for Huel’s partnership with the Hardest Geezer, Russ Cook, as he took on the incredible feat of running the length of Africa. With Russ’s now iconic beard and bucket hat, his visual identity was instantly powerful. Strong enough to become the foundation of the entire collaboration. So we built a bold logo concept around it and paired it with limited-edition product to elevate and enrich the partnership, positioning Huel as the fuel, no matter how extreme the goal.
