Description

The WyreStorm EXP-CON-4K-DD is an HDMI scaler box that downscales 4K/30p to 1080/24, it also upscales 1080/24p to 4K/30p. This scaler is an ideal solution when you need the ability to support both 4K and 1080P HD displays in the same distribution. Simply insert the EXP-CON-4K-DD between the source and display, the scaler will then adjust the resolution and audio from the incoming HDMI source to a resolution that the display is compatible with. The unit will also provide Dolby Digital downmixing for conversion up to 5.1ch to stereo PCM audio wherever required.

The WyreStorm EXP-CON-4K-DD was designed for matrix distribution when there is a mix of 1080P and 4K displays, this scaler solves your resolution problems.

NOTE: This device is not compatible with 1080i/720p content or HD audio formats such as DTS MasterHD and Dolby TrueHD.
