Some games will require you to relaunch them before the item will be downloaded. Description Vehicle History:The vehicle is a North Vietnamese SPAAG created during the mid-'60s for the Vietnam war. It uses the hull of a Soviet T-34-85 but features an original open-top box turret fitted with dual 37 mm Type 65 cannons from the Chinese.It's likely that the NVA improvised this build during the Vietnam War, since North Vietnam invested heavily in anti-air weaponry to combat the US air support. However no NVA documentation on the vehicle is known and all known information comes from one unit captured by US-forces during the war. The name Xe tăng phòng không 37 mm was created for the game as the vehicle's real name is unknown. I do understand your opinion of looking at It In the Russian tech tree but most likely this T-34 was given to the NVA just like most of the T-34 tanks distributed to many countries mainly being Asian countries such as Vietnam. Since this tanks history Is almost nonexistent, the name Xe tăng phòng không 37mm was the name given to It because the official name Is unknown and It seemed like the most realistic name to give It In general. If Gaijnuses this name as well since many sites of this tanks history are different then It's first In my book.Thanks again for commenting and I assume you enjoyed my creation so that helps a lot as a new Brick Rigs uploaded trying to grow. Many more creations are on their way! upnightnick 28 Feb, 2021 @ 2:18am well, I believe the name is justified since the word "Phòng Không" roughly translate to anti-air or air prevention. And the word "Xe Tăng" translate to tank or tracked vehicle so I believe the War Thunder name for it is justified. However, I'm not okay with it being in the Chinese tech tree though. Historically Vietnam and China has never really like each other and we even fought each other in the 1980s (3rd Indochina War) shortly after the "Vietnam War"(should really be call 2nd Indochina War). It would make more sense to put it in the Soviet Tech tree since Vietnam and Russian has repeatedly work together to contain the PRC. During the 3rd Indochina War, as the PRC pushed into northern Tonkin, the USSR moved into the XinJang (North West Mainland China). Then as China influence in the South China Sea, the Russian Federation increase its cooperation with the Vietnamese Navy. Sorry for the ranting.
