The Xerox VersaLink C7020T A3 Colour Multifunction Laser Printer meets all your print, copy and scan requirements. Fast, sleek, and multifunctional, this is a printer that works as hard as you do.

Fast and versatile printing and copying

Enjoy high speed and accurate printing with speeds of up to 20 A4 pages per minute in colour or mono, with the first page printed in as fast as 7.2 seconds. Print high-quality leaflets, posters and reports in up to 1200 x 2400 dpi to achieve fantastic colour and definition.

It's not all about print jobs either. Copy documents with efficiency and clarity, with an output resolution of up to 600 x 600 dpi, and speeds of up to 30 pages per minute. Or scan documents to all common file formats, including PDF, JPG, TIFF and XPS and more, in resolutions of up to 600 x 600 dpi. What's more, a fully functional fax facility is optional, should you require it.

Efficiency built in

Double-sided printing is automatically selected, saving on reload time, while with space for 520 sheets of paper in the input tray, you can print as much as you need. You can even continue to print in mono seamlessly if the printer runs out of colour toner. That way you'll save on downtime and your pocket will thank you.

Accessible whatever your network uses

When it comes to operation, this printer boasts an easy to use 7-inch colour touchscreen with an intuitive feel, for ease of use. Underneath the surface is a hardworking 1.05GHz Dual-Core Processor with 4GB RAM and optional HDD, and robust hardware capable of printing up to 87,000 pages per month.

Connect via USB, Network or NFC connectivity, to sync the Xerox VersaLink C7020T with your Windows and Mac systems (PostScript kit 497K18340 required). You can alternatively choose to print content directly from your iOS devices using AirPrint, for full-colour, top-quality output from iPhones and iPads.

PagePack provides a fixed cost-per-page. In an unmanaged environment, every document printed uses a variable amount of ink or toner. You pay a different price for every print. Service calls are unpredictable and so are the charges. With PagePack all your variable expenses are consolidated. Customers pay a fixed cost-per-page that reduces your overall expenditures.

How can PagePack improve my productivity?

PagePack also saves on hidden costs, such as staff resources and prevent shortages of consumables, by simplifying ordering and vendor management. With PagePack there's no need to keep an inventory of consumables on hand. You order the consumables whenever any device requires more.

With our PagePack Smart eSolutions Services Platform you get real-time visibility of your Xerox networked print fleet; MeterAssistant® automates the process of collecting and submitting meter reads for accurate billing, so you pay for what you actually use.

Who provides the services?

All consumables, supplies and service are provided by Xerox, and if you required hands on the repair, you will get an engineer onsite within the next business day, all engineers are highly trained and certified by Xerox

Supplies are provided directly from Xerox, thus ensuring stock availability, quality of service and genuine goods.

How do I place an order for supplies?

Once your PagePack contract is registered, you will get your personal log in details to the Xerox Customer Portal, through which you will be able to place your orders online 24/7. Orders can also be placed over the phone by contacting the Consumable Ordering team. Once the order is in place, you will receive the supplies straight to your delivery address at no extra cost, typically within 48 hours If MeterAssistant is installed you will not be required to provide meter reads at the time of placing your orders, therefore we highly recommend MeterAssistant is installed when the device.

What is AirPrint?

Apple AirPrint allows full colour, top-quality printing from iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads directly from within many Apps available from the Apple App Store.

To take advantage of AirPrint, your compatible printer must be connected to the same wireless network as your iOS device or Mac computer.

AirPrint enables users to print wirelessly from within applications on Apple devices to AirPrint Compatible Printers connected to a wireless network. You can use your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad to easily print via Airprint without the need to install drivers or configure the printer queue. Just tap 'print' and select your AirPrint compatible printer, and print!....It's that simple.

What You See is What You PrintIf you can open it on your apple device, chances are you can print it with AirPrint and an AirPrint compatible printer. Airprint works with Safari, Mail, Photos, iWork, PDF's in iBooks and many third-party AirPrint compatible apps available from the app store.

There are also a wide variety of third-party apps available to enable wireless printing through Apple devices, even to machines that are not natively AirPrint compatible printers. By sharing a printer installed on an Apple Mac or Windows Pc over a wireless network any printer may be able to take advantage of the AirPrint features. (An additional third-party app may be required to be installed on the local machine)

If an app on your mobile device has a print option, you can use Mopria to print documents, PDF’s, emails, web pages, photos or other content you may need.
