Yun Che[]

Yun Che is her fiancé. Yun Che grew up with Xiao Lingxi in the Xiao Clan and at that time she was his "Little Aunt". When she was young, she was thin, dark, and short. The other kids called her ugly and bullied her but Yun Che would always play with her. When somebody bullied her, Yun Che would rush to fight with them and chase them away. After she found out Yun Che's profound veins were crippled, she started to bitterly cultivate her profound strength in order to protect him. During this time, Yun Che and Lingxi started developing romantic feelings for each other as they grew older but they could not act on them because they were blood related. Lingxi was inwardly very sad during Yun Che's wedding to Xia Qingyue because she thought she would lose him.[1] Yun Che consoled her by promising that Lingxi will always be in his life and even promised that If she weren't his little aunt, he would definitely marry her.[2]

Her relationship with Yun Che, was long past one of trust and reliance; it was one that practically had one’s life integrated into the other’s. Especially with the way Xiao Lingxi treated Yun Che; even if she felt that the entire world was lying to her, she would wholeheartedly put her trust in Yun Che; even if the entire world treated him as a demon, she would still believe that he was the most kind-hearted person in the world.

It was her indignation, despair and love for Yun Che which triggered the Mirror of Samsara and brought Xia Qingyue to the world.

Xiao Lie[]

Xiao Lie is her father. Because her mother died during her delivery, her father was the only blood relative she had left.

Fen Juechen[]

Fen Juechen is her sworn brother. She first met him as an enemy as he was on orders from Fen Juechen to kidnap her and Xiao Lie and bring them back to the Burning Heaven Clan as hostages.[4] Fen Juechen was immediately attracted by her beauty and aura and he protected twice, first when Fen Juechen tried to rape her and the second time where he fought Fen Juechen to prevent her from being killed.[5] She realized that Fen Juechen had some good in him and begged Yun Che to spare him during the destruction of the Burning Heaven Clan, which Yun Che agreed.[6]

Xia Qingyue[]

Since the moment Xia Qingyue married Yun Che, Xiao Lingxi had always had an unspeakable enmity towards her. But after Xia Qingyue protected her marriage certificate after Yun Che was expelled from the Xiao Clan, her opinion towards her increased favorably and she felt gratitude for her.[7]
