Xiaomi released the Mi CC9 Pro and the Mi Note 10 series almost two years ago, with the pair debuting in November 2019. The company decided against releasing a Mi CC10 series, but there are signs that a CC11 series is on the cards, with Xiaomi having recently dropped its 'Mi' branding.

First, Digital Chat Station revealed details about a possible Mi CC11, which they claimed would utilise a Snapdragon 778G and three rear-facing cameras. The renowned leaker described the device as having the model number K9D, which has since turned up on the TENAA in China. According to that listing, the device also has a 4,150 mAh battery, and a 6.55-inch OLED display running at 2,400 x 1,080 pixels.

Additionally, the TENAA asserts that the Xiaomi C11 measures 160.53 x 75.72 x 6.81 mm and weighs just 157 g. For context, the Mi CC9 Pro is 157.8 mm tall, but 9.7 mm thick and 208 g. The Xiaomi C11 should also be available with 6 GB, 8 GB and 12 GB of RAM, along with 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB storage.

Surprisingly, the TENAA states that the Xiaomi C11 has a microSD card slot that supports up to 1 TB cards. Incidentally, we should expect the device to have 33 W charging capabilities, an under-display fingerprint scanner and a hole-punch display for a 20 MP front-facing camera. Unfortunately, it is unclear when Xiaomi will reveal the CC11 and the Note 11 series. However, TENAA reports that the smartphones will be available in the following nine colours:

  • Blue
  • Black
  • Green
  • Green (second shade)
  • Orange
  • Purple
  • Red
  • White
  • Yellow

Overall, the Xiaomi C11 and Note 11 series look an awful lot like the Mi 11 and the Mi 11 Lite. Xiaomi is expected to announce revised versions of the latter too, so there may be many smartphones with similar looks come later this year.
