All the dishes were home made and all the vegetable condiments were crispy fresh. You can tell the amount of care taken into their food preparation at Xin Chao as the bone broth for their classic pho was tasteful while clear in presentation. Wanted to also mention that their front of house host was cute and friendly fellow. Will definitely revisit when visiting Oslo again in the future!
