CMC acquires controlling stake in News Corp businesses

HONG KONG - China Media Capital (CMC) has signed an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in News Corporation’s Xing Kong, Xing Kong International, Channel V Mainland China and Fortune Star Chinese movie library.
